Group discussion about what makes for an excellent presenter
Structuring your presentation
Learning the key preparation questions to ask yourself before writing your presentation and how to generate ideas for your content.
Active listening
We will look at how generous listening nurtures a deeper
connection to others. Participants will practise listening skills in an insightful and supportive way.
Use of story to make an impact
Participants will learn how to apply storytelling techniques, drawing on personal experiences to emotionally connect with an audience.
Delivery Skills
Looking at the use of body, breath and voice to become a confident presenter. We will explore importance of posture, pace, and vocal variation to engage your audience and deliver with clarity and impact.
Thinking with agility
How to think effectively under pressure and remain calm.
Group feedback and analysis
Individuals deliver their presentation/ pitch to the group. We give constructive feedback collectively on the content and delivery and offer bespoke techniques for the participants to use.
